Do you view work and life as a marvelous adventure or are you feeling insecure and fearful at every turn?  There is a totally different worldview out their waiting to be discovered by you.  It’s one that promises an engagement with life that will restore joy, peace and a sense of wonder to your personal and professional life.

What does work really mean for you?

What are your divine talents and gifts?

What is your vision for life?

What is your purpose?

Tapping into Sacred work is a process in which you clarify the personal vision you’ve outlined for your life and you consciously choose to infuse your work with purpose.

You open to a greater awareness of the intricacies of life and learn to look beyond your job as the source of your livelihood and vitality.

Sacred Work is also about practicing mindfulness or moment to moment awareness  and reclaiming your right to bring your full self, uninhibited by fear and doubt, into the work that you do.

“Always you have been told that work is a curse and labour a misfortune.  But I say to you that when you work you fulfill a part of earth’s furthest dream, assigned to you when that dream was born.  And in keeping yourself with labour you are in truth loving life. And to love life through labour is to be intimate with life’s inmost secrets.”

– Kahlil Gibran

Sacred Work is about:

  • Understanding that work, when it is sacred and inspired, nourishes our soul.
  • Choosing, creating and finding purpose and meaning in the work that we do.
  • Choosing to show up in the most bold and authentic way imaginable.
  • Viewing work from a place of abundance.
  • Reframing the challenges that we face at work and using them to grow our greatness.
  • Managing our thoughts, energy and perspective for authentic success at work.
  • Trusting in something greater than ourselves and our fear based desires.
  • Choosing work that speaks to all parts of who we are.
  • Infusing our work experiences with love, forgiveness and compassion.
  • Developing an inner/contributive edge.

We can no longer survive in a world where we feel that we must sacrifice our very souls in order to thrive.  Work can be something very different for all of us if we choose it.

When we get to that magical place where work is infused with self expression, creativity, joy, purpose, mindfulness, authenticity, conscious choice and love, then we will know the true meaning of Sacred Work.
